Privacy Policy

United We Dream Network (“UWD”) owns and operates the Notifica mobile application (“Notifica”). This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which UWD collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (“You” or “Users”) of Notifica.

The Types of Information UWD Collects

UWD collects personally identifiable information, such as the cell phone number of the User and the names and cell phone numbers of the User’s contacts, when Users voluntarily provide such information to UWD in connection with using Notifica.

How UWD Uses the Information that It Collects

UWD uses Users’ personal information only for the purpose of administering the application, and for no other purpose. By providing your cell phone number to UWD, you consent to be contacted at that number from UWD, unless and until you request that such messages stop.

How UWD Protects User Information

UWD has adopted appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. The information is kept in a secure, encrypted environment, but, nonetheless, UWD cannot guarantee that your information is 100% secure.

If you ever send a message or alert to your contacts through the Notifica app, the content of your message and all the information about your contacts will be permanently removed from our system. Your name, phone number and email address will, however, remain in our system, unless and until you delete your account. If you wish ever to send more than one message or alert using the Notifica app, you will need to re-enter information about your contacts.

Sharing Personal Information

UWD does not share your personal information with any third party. UWD will use best efforts to avoid having to share any of your personal information if ordered to do so by a court order, subpoena or search warrant, or if otherwise required to do so by law, but UWD makes no guarantee that its efforts to resist disclosure will be successful. Moreover, UWD may share generic aggregated information not linked to any personally identifiable information regarding Users with third parties.

Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Protecting the privacy of the young is especially important. For that reason, UWD never collects information through Notifica from individuals who UWD knows are under 13, and no part of Notifica is structured to attract anyone under 13. If UWD becomes aware of having information about anyone under 13, UWD will promptly delete the information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

UWD may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When it does, UWD will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. UWD encourages Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about what information UWD collects and how UWD uses that information. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of any modifications since your last visit.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using Notifica, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use Notifica. Your continued use of Notifica following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
